NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE FOURTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE BANCASSURANCE ASSOCIATION OF KENYA TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY 11TH AUGUST 2023 AT SAROVA WHITE SANDS, MOMBASA COMMENCING AT 4.00 P.M. TO TRANSACT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS:
- To read the notice convening the meeting and confirm the presence of a quorum.
- To confirm the minutes of the 3rd Annual General Meeting held on 15th July 2022.
- To receive and adopt reports from Chairman and Secretary’s Offices.
- To receive and adopt the Audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2022 and the Budget for year 2023.
- To review and amend the constitution to align with Bancassurance regulations 2020.
- To table various resolutions for consideration (Secretariat, Legal Firm) etc.
- To elect members of the Executive Committee.
- To consider any other business for which due notice has been given.
